Since the early 2000s, I have either designed or supervised the creation of every visual element in the company. I designed multiple iterations of the company logo, every presentation visual and all digital and printed material.

When I started with the company, we were based in Caracas, Venezuela. The Venezuelan companies were English Resource Center, a professional language training company and ERC Communications, a communication and management training company. ERC Consultants grew out of the strength of our international business.
